What does telemarketing cost?
Costs vary widely within the U.S. for both outbound and inbound projects. Generally, outbound program are quoted by the hour and inbound programs quoted by the minute. In addition, there are often setup, scripting, and training costs to consider. Size and frequency of the program can net a significant discount. Do you sell lists?
No, but we have access to many business and consumer lists and will be happy to guide you through the purchase process.

Can you scrub my list against the National DNC list?
By law, you as the customer must sign up for the National DNC. We can then use your registration to perform the scrub.

Does it cost more to call from one region of the U.S. more than another?
Generally not. Our Midwest based call centers are charged the same rate for long distance in the 48 continental states. Alaska and Hawaii are more expensive, as is Canada.

I'm hearing about offshore calling. Does it work?
It can. India and the Philippines are two countries offering many opportunities. Inexpensive labor is the attraction. Edge has trained and maintained an offshore partnership relationship in India, which has been successful in the publishing arena since 2001.

What languages are available in your call center?
We have Spanish speaking capability, as well as English speaking.

Are there minimum sizes to a project you'll consider?
Generally, our project minimum is $5,000.

Will you work on performance based programs?
Yes, but after a test period with a fixed compensation model. We are open to many variations.
